CLO #1: Explore and analyze, in writing and reading, a variety of genres and rhetorical situations

I think that it is obvious that I have successfully fulfilled this Course Learning Outcome. We have been assigned a variety of genres and I have executed fine examples of the literary narrative, the expository essay, and the argumentative essay.

Although it did take me a while to fully understand how the CLOs and the rhetorical situation meshed together to create a cohesive flow of information communicated, towards the end of the semester with the understanding of how each CLO and Rhetorical situation is like a building block to complete communication.

I think CLO #1 is an excellent springboard for an outline that a writer can build on. It is most likely the foundation for all of the other components.

This is my understanding of these components. Time and practice will refine my knowledge of each and I look forward to how these elements will improve my writing.
